The Great Stone Face (Ballad Version)

This ballad is about old Prophecy
That there will come a man who seems like great stone Face in this valley.

There was the great stone Face
Which was situated in the middle of that place.
There was a Son with her mother
Who said to her to look further.

The boy believed his mother's words
Which her mother said to him while eating curds.
The boy began to search that man who seems like the great stone Face
He spotted no one except that empty place.

Many personalities came there
In hope the boy joined the fair
The People in the valley were matching the faces of personalities with that hill
But he found no similarity neither face nor skill.

The time goes on
And his age grew long
The boy became old
With lots of wrinkles and folds.

But his hope was young
Like the rising Sun
And he knew the man will come
Who will look like great stone Face and no one.

Suddenly the fog covered the hill
The great stone Face looked old like the old man those people felt.

The old Man was surprised
When the saw the people Astronized.
The People were looking at him
Suddenly they shouted and said he is looking like the great stone Face, and in this way this ballad ends.

The old man didn't believe
What people were saying
It's making him freeze
and his was squeeze.

Now he took a mirror
And saw his face in happy and fear.
He was not able to believe
That he is that great stone Face appearing in that Christmas eve.

Now the mystery is solved in suspense
And this ballad is going to end.
The curtains are falling down
And I advice you to go back to your town.
